PASTURED PORK
We raise Idaho Pasture Pigs (IPPs) which are grass-fed, and pasture-raised. Our pigs are raised on 90% grass and 10% grain. The pork is tender, delicious, and has a nice dark red color. This can be purchased by individual cuts or in bulk through half or whole shares.
POULTRY & EGGS

HONEY
In 2025, we added a couple of hives to the farm. We look forward to offering honey and other products to our store in 2026.

Premium beef from Scottish Highlands. Their meat is excellent and lean, while also being well marbled. It is also higher in protein content and lower in cholesterol than traditional beef.
