Farmhouse Herb Omlette

Ingredients
3 farm-fresh eggs
2 tbsp cream or milk
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Pour in the eggs, tilting the pan so they spread evenly.
When nearly set, scatter herbs over the top.
Fold and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve warm with crusty bread and fresh greens.
