Farmhouse Herb Omlette

Ingredients

  • 3 farm-fresh eggs

  • 2 tbsp cream or milk

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper until frothy.

  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Pour in the eggs, tilting the pan so they spread evenly.

  4. When nearly set, scatter herbs over the top.

  5. Fold and cook for 1 more minute.

Serve warm with crusty bread and fresh greens.
